Pathetic company
We've had years of bad service from this 'company'. They take days to fix problems and usually aren't even aware if a whole estate's service goes down. Useless call center and a company that vanishes on weekends with a technician whose phone is on voice mail and never gets back to you. Sometimes days without internet, the company goes down every time there is load shedding. Absolutely appalling.
