Overpriced; sub-standard service offering

Ignoring the fact that their prices are extremely inflated compared to other service providers, the internet services provided are far too temperamental to match the 'premium' paid. Being notified that your internet is down, from 5 hours to 48 hours into the outage, isn't good enough; not to mention that the outages occur too regularly. The call-center staff also don't seem to be empowered/clued-up about service outages, or don't care.

Hi there, I am in Villa Italia, Century City. I am mostly interested to find out what alternative internet options there are available to residents therein, as my current understanding is that Smart Village have a sort of 'monopoly' there; hence the sub-standard service (which is unfortunate). Specifically, we have not been getting timely notices about hitting cap and internet outages - which, when working from home, is unacceptable (there are real costs involved for us). There is also very little done from your service team in terms of apologies or offerings to customers who have been affected by these outages. Your customer care team do anything but care, as they were of absolute no assistance when contacted about outages.
