Incredibly slow internet

<p>What on earth is wrong with this companies slow internet!!! We have a 4 meg line which was upgraded to a 10meg line, and we barely reach 1 meg if we lucky. Have complained twice! Only service provider in the estate with the most pathetic service. Not even to speak of trying to get hold of their call centre. Your internet speed is a disgrace and quite frankly unusable. </p>
