Impossible to reach you
Hi. Without any notification my account is not working so I'm not sure whether im out of data or the connection is simply not working. I've tried since yesterday to get hold of you via all the call centre numbers, email addresses, SMS and Facebook, but without any reply. How do I obtain my log in details and why am I not notified before my data runs out please?
