Extremely slow internet

<p>If you read all the horrible reviews on helo peter you would think smartvillage would atleast try and up their game! And the wors is the line "we will try do better in the future" we suposedly have a 10mbps line fibre uncapped, but doing numerous speedtests even directly plugged into the fibre it shows uplaod speed doesnt even reach 1mbps and downlaod speed is even worse, one test says its 82% slower the most other ISP's. fact is we not getting what we pay for, our dstv thats connected to the internet is useless as the internet is to slow so we cant download in HD or SD. This is prob our 3rd complaint about speed. Seriously why the hell is your internet so useless and slow consistently!!!!!! Mtn why did you buy this company when everyone is complaining </p>
