Does the Cape Town office even exist?
Smart Village is laying fibre in my neighbourhood in Cape Town. I now have the choice of getting Fibre to the Home (FTTH) from either Smart Village or Telkom.<br> <br> Telkom advertises the rates for their FTTH on their website whilst Smart Village doesn't which I understand.<br> <br> Trying to get hold of the Cape Town branch to find out what the costs in my area will be has been utterly disappointing. About 30 calls and a couple of messages later I finally managed to speak to a sales person for the first time, let alone get the information that I require which I'm still waiting for.<br> <br> If this is the level of service one gets from Smart Village then honestly I'd rather take my chances with Telkom. This is very poor.
