Awful Service Smart village

Hello, I am smart village internet connection user. I am completely dissatisfied with Smart village internet connection. Unfortunately I am staying in estate where there is no alternative,but I wouldn't recommend smart village to any other user. Within last 1 week my internet connection has been down 3 times . Each time connection went down , it took 1 day minimum for technician to respond and my connection has been down since Friday and Since smart village doesn't operate on Sunday,they can't assist till Monday. 80% of time their call center guys don't pick up phone and for rest 20% their responses are pretty standard ,our technician will get back to you which never happens. The standby technician is never available on call. If the issue had happened once or twice , it is understandable but repeated instances and callous attitude of representative and technician shows this ISP gives 2 cents about consumer
