Unfair treatment

Smarttelcoms installed incomplete telephone with no in calls in a school Motlhatswa Primary around Mahikeng North West province. I contacted them through email but the problem is not yet solved since August 2021. Presently we cannot even make out calls for the past month because of no signal at all, they claim to workout signal problem to date. The school pay them for more than a year with no proper service.
