Unprofessional owner/Undisclosed costs

Spoke to the owner to log an error, he told me there is a callout fee of R450 which I agreed to. The technicians came on site and replaced the LNB in under 30 minutes with no communication that this was the issue and the following would be the payment, R450 call out fee, R850 cables costs and lo and behold R650 for labour. I called the owner to query the costs that were not disclosed to me, but the owner started screaming at me. He was *********, unprofessional and belittling. Please dont use his services.
