Poor customer service

Called to log a fault two weeks after the installation was done and was shouted at by the person on the phone. I simply indicated my disappointment that I experienced a fault so soon after the installation and would have to go an entire weekend without dstv only to have the man raise his voice at me. Never using this service again. Poor customer service.
