Overcharged by SMART SATELLITE- DSTv Installer

I requested service from Smart Satellite, an accredited DSTv installer for Multi-choice as my decoder gave a signal error. I was charged callout and setup fees (R450+R650) for a job completed within 1 hour. All other industries(plumbing, swimming pools, electrical, etc.) that charge callout fee also do repairs within the1 hour without extra cost except for material if required, but not this ************ installer -SMART SATELLITE. They further charged me R599.00 for a diaplexer combiner which actually costs less than R100.00, I have since discovered. As if that was not enough, they used my personal phone to call Multi-choice to complete configuration which also took some time as one of the decoders was not responding to the remote commands initially. One of the 2 installers was also unfriendly(did not even greet me) and rude. ****************. NEVER again Smart Satellite.
