Over charged for service provided

I would not recommend using this company. They are situated 1km from my house. Charged me R450 just to come to my gate. They were here for not more than 30 mins and charged me R2000 to replace a tiny barrel on a cable. I was completely shocked by this. After complaining they brought it down to R1150. I still feel that this was way over charged.
