Dangerous so called businessman

Poor service and they lack customer care especially the owner as he is impulsive. There was no signal from my satellite dish and we used their services for installation and we had agreement with the owner that if he could notake fix this then we would not pay as he would've failed to render his services however when he could not fix the problem and when it was time for him to leave he made dangerous threats even though there was an agreement. If this is how they run their business then I would not suggest them to anyone!!!!
