Unprofessional service

We were in the process of moving from Cape Town to Durban and exactly the same story. Our goods were fetched on the 28th may - To head up to Durban and be stored their until our house address was confirmed which it got confirmed on the 29th may. We have been in Durban since last Wednesday..... Where is our stuff..... Oh this only left yesterday- Saturday the 6th June To arrive tomorrow.... We were promised it on Thursday, then Friday, then Sunday- now it's only arriving on Monday 8th June. It was supposed to leave the weekend of the 28th however they actually ended up sending someone else's goods instead of ours- this other chap in Cpt ended up receiving ours!<br> <br> And justin on the other hand, no words- rude unhelpful guy who actually doesn't give a **** and picks a fight with the customers that actually bring the business money! We have also had to accommodate ourselves for five days now with a pet, which is hard to find, with no concern from the company whatsoever. So so angr. Don't bother using them
