Horrific business, do not use at all cost

Justin potgeiter is a ****mer and this business is horrific. I paid R2200 as a deposit as the total was R4400. I had to cancel the move and requested the refund of my money 2 weeks prior to moving out. His policy states within 7 days of the booked date, if you cancel he will keep 30% of the cost. I was 2 weeks early in canceling and he decides he's going to refund me R880 instead of the R2200 deposit. He proceeds to calculate 30% of R4400 instead of 30% of the R2200 I gave him even though he didn't even provide the first half of the job and the second half was not even paid. He then tells me his policy needs to be updated and admits to sending clients outdated terms and agreements on his quotes. He will tell you you are a time waster without proving that he hasn't found a replacement for the 'inconvenience' you cause him and just ***** your money. He delivered no service, I cancelled well in advance and was not refunded my money. Dont ever do business with this clown.
