Refusing refund while they could not give me service

Smart removals they bunch of ***** always give bad service especially Justin. I requested a quote for furniture removal for 15 May and he gave me a quote and accepted it. I paid the full amount of R2500 and all of a sudden they did not have a truck moving on the date I initially requested. He told me that they can do pick up on the 17 and will get my things by 20 May. I told him that will not be good for me. He suggested that I try and see if I can use their pick up on 14 May instead for my furniture to be delivered by 17. I could not and told him he should assist me on the date I requested which is 15. He said he could not and asked me to look elsewhere and he will gladly refund me. I did and he told me that they will deduct 50% cancellation fee even though they are the one who could not give me service on the date I requested. He started insulting me and told me that whether I like it or not they will take their 50% and nothing I will do. They are so rude and I’m still fighting for my money from them
