Shocking exploitation and over pricing

Smart Locksmith responded to my call when I was accidentally locked outside my house. Their agent came out and in less than 30 seconds opened my locked door with a bank card. Their advertised call-out fee is R150. I was charge R1 850 for this service which was reduced to R1 500 after I complained. Their service was good - but the price they charged without warning me ahead of time was absolutely shocking. They also gave me no invoice even when I asked for one - so I imagine they are not VAT or tax compliant.
