POOR PRINTING WORK AND SERVICE SMART DIGITAL MEDIA, PAARL

I had my golf shirts printed at Smart Digital Media in Paarl, Western Cape Main Street. First they lost my art work. Upon receiving my shirt I was shocked. The printing work was HORRIBLE. It was skew, my shirts were burnt, there were creases in the prints and it was frumpled!. When I pointed this out to the owner he made excuses that it is the shirts design and that he will reprint it. How do you correct a skew print with printing over it? When I challenged him further he just said he wasn’t going to have this conversation and walked away. His attitude and work is of the worst I have experienced. He did not take any responsibility!! My shirts are ruined!!!
