Poor Service and Communication From Smart Afrikaa

Be careful that you know what's happening when dealing with this company. I have had issue after issue from the day I signed up for their wireless telephone system in my business. They promised me that part of the service would be cancelling the Telkom line. Two months later this has still not been done and I am now paying double for my phone service. I have now been informed that by law I have to cancel this myself so this was obviously just a ploy to get me to sign up with their system. Now, today my line has been cut off because they say I haven't paid the account, but I signed a debit order when doing the deal and this has already come off my account. The communication from a communication company is extremely poor.
