Threats above all else

Don't they just love to sit hiding behind their computers and send threatening messages!?!?!? Had the unfortunate experience of taking financial assistance through this organisation during lockdown, lost the business, and now get threats regularly for "non-payment" despite sticking to the payment plan as agreed. If it wasn't for signing surety in my personal capacity (they were exceptionally clever with this sly move), I would have told them exactly where to go jump! Sick of dealing with incompetence!
