start up business finance application

<p>i received the worst service for an application i submitted for financing on my start up business. i called the sefa offices and was told to drop of my application to the closest office to me which was centurion and was advisec the application process takes 3-6 weeks before feedback. 3 days later i submitted my application and the receptionist said the application will be sent to another branch....5 days later on the 30th june lady named thandeka emailed me to inform me she recieved my application.</p> <p>my responce was thank you please let me know should you need any more documents or information contact me on my cell phone.</p> <p>on the 3rd of july a Pholosho Moja emails me my application is declined! the quickest 3 weeks ever! due to insuffcient research and how i projected my sales it does not meet the requirements.</p> <p>i emailed pholosho back to eleborate more on his reason no response. i called thier office and left a message no response. is this truely how sefa services its clients???? did pholosho even go through my documents?</p> <p>how did he conclude that i will not sell enough to cover the loan?</p> <p>that i did not do research its all in the business plan. its disgusting that they easily undermine the applicatant need for the business!</p> <p>it is false advertising! every company we contact reffers us to sefa for start business funding but clearly they only finance exsisting business how are progressing well.</p> <p>i demand a review on my application and i expect atleast a telephonic interview on how and what iv planned to ensure my business grows and is profitable. and not from pholosho!</p> <p> </p>
