SEDA Groblersdal bad treatment

Made an application through SEDA Groblersdal but was told by Kamogelo and Karabo that they are sitting in the office without an internet, so which lead them not be able to perform their duties, so my worry is how come a organisation sits for three days without internet, are the employees just come to work to drink coffees and tea for the whole day without doing anything? My concern it's our tax money that's going to waste.
