Claim my winnings

I have joined this free gambling site from the beginning of November 2021 and won $300 as per the game. They gave me the option to choose whether I want to receive my winnings via PayPal or Paytm, of which I have choose PayPal. I then register myself on PayPal, but to date I have not received any payment due to the fact that it I'm situated in South Africa. Is there any suggestions of what one can do to claim my winnings.
