Sloom customer service is fantastic!

A great product, with fantastic customer service. Having the ability to adjust you comfort level on two sides of the mattress is a fantastic feature.

The wrong size mattress were delivered and I unfortunately opened the box without double checking. Only found out the wrong size were delivered when we fitted it to the base. I reported the incident.

It was resolved immediately and the correct mattress were delivered the very next day. The opened mattress was donated to charity!

I'm extremely impressed by the ethical standards set by this company.
