No Regrets

Our first Sloom encounter was at Becks Safari on part of our honeymoon. We enjoyed sleeping so much (from a non sleep *****) that we started lifting the bedding to see which mattress it is. Fast forward 2 years we were looking to upgrade to King XL, but were unsure if it was just wedding planning tiredness or the real deal. Started shopping around for quality mattresses and we realized that Sloom is actually quite affordable and ordered ours. Absolutely love our mattress. First few weeks we were sleeping like rocks and dreaming non-stop. If you like a very firm mattress you cannot go wrong. We opted for firm, but funny enough we ended up with one side soft and one medium. Thanks for a great product.

Long term review - excellent mattress

I have had a Sloom mattress for about 6 years now. Best mattress I have had. My wife, who is small and light, sleeps on the soft setting from the start. I started with the medium soft initially, but after a long period changed to a soft as well - I am a side sleeper. The ability to customise the bed settings, and to have different settings for the two sides, works very well

Long term review - excellent mattress

I have had a Sloom mattress for about 6 years now. Best mattress I have had. My wife, who is small and light, sleeps on the soft setting from the start. I started with the medium soft initially, but after a long period changed to a soft as well - I am a side sleeper. The ability to customise the bed settings, and to have different settings for the two sides, works very well

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ What started as a small problem turned into one of the best customer service experiences we've had. When our mattress protector didn't seem to fit, Sloom took the time to review the photos I sent and quickly arranged an exchange, despite us living in another town. The replacement fits perfectly, and the entire process was friendly and effortless. We absolutely love our Sloom mattress. It is comfortable, supportive, and worth every cent. In fact, we were so happy with our purchase that we bought a Sloom mattress for my mother as well, as she struggles with fibromyalgia and chronic back pain. A company with excellent products and even better customer service. Thank you, Sloom, for going the extra mile.

Bad quality Sloom bed base

Do not buy the bed base. It is bad quality and the customer service is even worse. The only way the contact them is by email. I emailed them and they rep****, basically telling me to prove to them what I claim to be wrong with it. No follow up and no call.

Bad quality Sloom bed base

Do not buy the bed base. It is bad quality and the customer service is even worse. The only way the contact them is by email. I emailed them and they rep****, basically telling me to prove to them what I claim to be wrong with it. No follow up and no call.

Won't buy a bed from anywhere else

The best bed! My husband can have his side on hard and I can have my side on soft. Even my physio said men and women need different matress types so this is perfect. And the customer service is top tier. Adri specifically (customer support) is amazing and helped me so seamlessly.

The best bed! My husband can have his side on hard and I can have my side on soft. Even my physio said men and women need different matress types so this is perfect. And the customer service is top tier. Adri specifically (customer support) is amazing and helped me so seamlessly.

Brilliant sleep health investment

I had back surgery, and my wife had our mattress changed to a Sloom mattress, For my recovery. It's fantastic. We're able to chose the desired firmness on each side. So then we get a bedframe delivered yesterday and assembled for us. Even better. We get the full benefits of the Sloom mattress with the Sloom bedframe. My wife loves it.
