Great product and friendly service

Over the past number of years we have bought 3 Sloom beds. One double, one queen and one single. The mattresses are absolutely amazing and if you want a good night's sleep this is certainly a product to try. Recently, the single bed base started sagging. Some of the *****s on the side panel had broken. Since it was less than 2 years old, I enquired about it being fixed under warranty. The process was painless and friendly and Sloom assisted with a brand new side panel in no time. I only had to pay for the courier.
