Great customer service

The initial mattress was softer than we had hoped. Sloom came and switched the softer layer with another firm one. Even the drivers are committed to customer service. They came on a Friday evening at 18:30 due to the traffic, even though I said they can come do the swop on Monday if they can’t make it.
