Pathectic service

For more than a week we have been trying to get connected to the internet. Every time we call we hold for more than an hour and if we request a call back we wait for more than a hour. Every single time we call we are told 24 hours, , it's been 24 hours for a week now. Your service levels is absolutely horrific. I am now holding for Spark so Ican do my connection through them
