Unhappy Customer

I bought a Sealy Bedset on 5 July 2026 at the Sleepmasters Kolonnade branch. Together with the purchase, we were promised a gift that would be available for collection within a week or two at most. I have since been struggling to get the promised gift up to now, 20 August 2026. After many conversations with salesperson Khodani Ramaano and manager Ofentse, the matter has not been solved yet. I didn't purchase a bed set to receive a gift; however, if a salesperson promises something to a customer, it is expected to honour that commitment. It is also noted that Sleepmasters advertise free delivery for deals > R3 999 - I was charged a R303.48 delivery fee. Kindly assist in getting this matter resolved.
