Unhappy Customer
I bought a Sealy Bedset on 5 July 2026 at the Sleepmasters Kolonnade branch. Together with the purchase, we were promised a gift that would be available for collection within a week or two at most. I have since been struggling to get the promised gift up to now, 20 August 2026. After many conversations with salesperson Khodani Ramaano and manager Ofentse, the matter has not been solved yet. I didn't purchase a bed set to receive a gift; however, if a salesperson promises something to a customer, it is expected to honour that commitment. It is also noted that Sleepmasters advertise free delivery for deals > R3 999 - I was charged a R303.48 delivery fee. Kindly assist in getting this matter resolved. Purchase price: R6955.65, user 232203, acct number ***, cust number ***6.

Poor after sale service
POOR AFTER SALE SERVICE!!!!!!! POOR QUALITY BED'S!!!!!! POOR MANAGEMENT!!!!!!! I have been complaining for 6 weeks now regarding my bed that has given in (sagging) and for 6 weeks that i need to sleep on the sagging mattres and my back is killing me at the moment due to the fack that sleepmaster kolonade poor after sale service and poor management. I have been talking to Arnold the manager but nothing is happening and now there is a new management Kevin Onsente. I thought with new management my issue will be resolved but still struggling and i asked to talk to the supervisor Pieter and all i get is he will phone you and i will keep you up to date regarding your complaint but nothing is happening. If i the client don't phone there i will never get a update. And each time i phone and asked to speak to the supervisor Pieter they say he will call you but know calls. I am very disappointed in Sleepmaster kolonade, so please be careful to buy a bed there due to the fact of poor after sale sevice and poor management

Unhappy customer - sleep masters haven’t delivered my beds even after they promised to deliver Friday & Saturday 05/12/2025 - 06/12/2025 but the beds haven’t been delivered. Why promise knowing very well no delivery will be made, this is so inconveniencing as full payment was made.
