Worst Customer Experience

Purchased a sound bar from Takealot with 22 months warranty which expires next year in July. My subwoofer has some squeaky sound coming out of it, tried reaching their customer support which is non existing. Initially, Hope replied and insinuated my warranty has lapsed without even checking, I then responded with warranty from purchase on Takealot which stated it expires next year 2027 July, since then I never heard from them, they copied some *********** person called Willem who to date hasn't responded to either them or my follow up emails. This company will make you beg as if they're doing me a favor. After this am contacting NCC, we can't be fooled by companies false marketing to maximize in revenue and takes no accountability for their warranties or marketing.
