The Skyworth Saga

One of the worst experiences I've had with regards to service and quality. Bought a 49inch Skyworth TV just under a month ago. Managed to use it in total for about 1hour and then the experience with their service and empty promises started. I eventually took the tv back myself to have it repaired. Got home, managed another hour and then the same problem, whereby the TV does not come on. I was put in contact with their accountants manager who's been making promises to collect and replace the TV. And yes the poor service continued followed up by more empty promises. If you ever have the urge to buy a Skyworth TV, just don't. It's not worth the headache and frustration afterwards.
