Terrible TV

I'm having issues contacting Skyworth regarding my tv. I've sent an email and it comes back email failed. I bought my TV on the 23 September 2022. The red light is on but when I switch my TV on it refuses to come on. I am lucky if it does come on , but then switches off again.
