Still waiting for the technician

Hi my name is Siyabonga Dlamini I have problem with my skyworth 65 inch TV it turn off every 30 minutes and now HDMI 1 and 2 is longer working and I go to pick n pay they say they gonna send a technician to my house it almost 3 days waiting. Can please help me guys what I need to do to get help?
