Smart stupid TVs

WhAt a terrible buy!!!! Last year we decided we want to upgrade to a smart tv. Knowing that the smart TVs were a bit pricy we didn’t want to get it wrong.

We went to shop and found the right size smart tv for our room. Skyworth... asked the rep of the company to assist and she gave us good reviews. We decided let’s take this as it was s perfect size and none of the other companies had the size available.

We were about to leave the store after purchasing our smart tv when the rep told us that Netflix is not optimized on the tv, but will be soon.

It’s been a year already and it is still not optimized for Netflix. We sent emails for assistance but all they give us is instructions in tv jargon.

The worst part is that the tv switches on in the middle of the night. When we put the timer on, it switches off, but soon it goes back on again. No smart is not this tv.

Every single day we are forced to plug out the tv because the remote does not want to switch the tv on.

Every single time we switch on the tv it starts from intro... when we were told it would only do it once. Now I’m no expert, but surely skyworth should have known this. And if they did why did they sell the stupid tv to the public.

We to shy to take the tv back and demand a refund because it’s been almost a year. Box it came in thrown away and tv put up nicely on the bracket.

Why oh why did we buy this smart stupid tv. I’m hoping that the company sees this review and call back all these smart stupid TVs because surely they cannot expect the public to just be ok with this poor quality of a tv.
