Skyworth Warranty Registration not possible

Bought a TV at Makro and I tried registering the warranty via the registration form that was included in the box. Was unable to do so as the Retailer field did not allow me to select the retailer. Tried the website on the form and it ends in a 404 error. Tried calling the number on the form - no answer,. Tried calling two other numbers I found on the website - no answer, Sent a message on their website but I am still waiting for a response. How can this be such a difficult process?
