SKYWORTH USELESS ANDROID TVS AND ROTTEN CUSTOMER SERVICE

Hi 1 star is too generous for this company. Their service is pathetic. My Android TV 9 month old stopped working. It is now the second week, no tech has come out, neither has Master Part collected the TV as yet. I have made countless calls, sent emails etc. The only thing that is for sure is that Skyworth has employees that do not take a customer seriously. I have wasted so much of airtime calling Skyworth and holding on, only to get bumped off from person to the next. These TVs are pathetic and the after sales is even worse. What do I do now, new broken TV and nobody wants to help me. I do not have a TV, I am in lockdown....what am I supposed to do???? I want my money refunded!!!!!!!!!
