Skyworth tv

The CN-TRONICS SERVICE CENTRE, called them more than 5times they dropping the calls. I bought Skyworth tv in Jan 2021, the television has a black dot on the side, looks like ink, skyworth recommended that I book the tv with CN-Tronics, that has very bad service, I only received a telephonic report regarding my tv only when I asked.... MY screen is cracked how???? and this is not covered in warranty. I do not trust this technicians, can there be a second opinion from other company dealing with electronics??

Skyworth brand is Nonsense, Bad service from technician.
