Skyworth TV 32 e 6 model

I bought a TV probably a year ago... Good day now really I am fed up with this been trying for months to get my Netflix to work om my tv and I am tired of watching my my phone. When I bought the TV the salesman. Never told me that is was not compatible with Netflix... I have had enough now and really taking it further... No one seems to care of to help. I have installed the puffen browser also not working... Really not fair... I got emails dated as far back from 26 August 2019 where I spoke to a Neil pillay... And some guy at Arbour town amanzimtoti where I bought the TV. I was told to contact a Jaco Joubert in November 2019 was also not successful. May this year got the same response to download apk which is not working.. April this year same story... I just get the same answer to download the stupid apk and it is not working not compatible... I wasted my money emailed *** *** ***
