We bought a Skyworth in August 2020 from Pick n Pay. 2 Weeks ago we got a blue screen and cannot get into they system. We have called Skyworth 15x if not more. Each person is useless. We have a job card no. and countless promises they are fetching the TV and to date nothing. You wait forever on the phone and use up all your airtime. This company is pathetic and the TV is *******
