Skyworth & RDC TV

This is the worse company i had to deal with in my life. After reporting broking TV that is only 1 year and 2 months old. That was four weeks ago i still have broking TV. There is company RDC TV that is suppose to come fetch TV They don't phone you to arrange to pick up TV they just assume somebody is at home then it takes them another two days to phone and arrange appointment to come pick up TV. Appointment was made hour later still did not pitch to pick up TV, Phone RDC TV said will phone back still waiting. Skyworth in JHB don't even want to talk to person. Please don't don't by yourself Skyworth TV. The warranty means nothing and we without TV for four weeks already and i suppose if they come fetch it on day it will take another 6 weeks to fix. So maybe we will get TV back in 2025. The home screen of smart TV just disappeared and have blank screen. Makro just say calm was logged and they must sort it out but still have no joy with this mess. Pay R10 000 for TV that is useless.
