Skyworth not worth supporting.

Bought a new Skyworth television set on the 23rd of December 2020.

Due to various delays during the festive season with work; Covid and CPF activities only got round to taking out of the box on the 16th of January and it was a complete out of box failure. No sound , no matter what kind of settings used. Took it back to Pick and Pay Hypermarket in Emalahleni on the 18th of January where they first of all point blank refused to see it as an out of box failure as it was longer than seven days ( nowhere mentioned in any of the paperwork I received that that is the case) Told me that they will send off to Skyworth for assessment. Opened a ticket on the website of abovementioned manufacturer where they stated that they would return to me - within 24 hours with a personalized response. Now today is the 25th of January and no so much as a peep out of this company.. Disgusted and severly dissapointed in both Pick and Pay ( Emalahleni) as well as Skyworth
