Skyworth-less

I bought a 65" Skyworth TV in Nov 2020. By the 3rd week of Dec there was a vertical and later horizontal lines on the screen. I lodged complaints with Skyworth via their online registry and was allocated 2 job cards with the same technician who never bothered to call as indicated. I wonder if their technicians ever exist. They may be fictitious names allocated to a query. Those retailers selling Skyworth are *****ing their brand names.
