Skyworth google tv stay away from it and their service is even worst .

Skyworth google smart tv dont make a mistake of buying it they are ****ing people,that tv works for exactly 6 months on the 7th month the screen just turns dark exactly a month after the guarantee is over and the way they are rude while they refuse to refund your money back!! Makro Springfield refused to refund me and said I must speak to Skyworth because it over 6 months my tv was bought 8 months ago only 8 months!!and they refuse to refund me the tv doesn't even last 1 year. Bought a tv 8 months ago and I already don't have a tv at home because I have to wait for them to fix it .I'm supposed to use a second tv after they done fixing because it will be a second hand after it fixed,and Marylin at Skyworth customer service is extremely rude she told me that's why they will not refund me at makro because I dont wanna listen!they have terms and conditions and warranty policies and put down the phone on my ear. These brand is the worst and this is some kind of a ****, how can a smart tv not last for atleast 1 year in 2025 . Do not make the mistake of buying this brand .Im disappointed with Makro.
