Skyworth faulty TV

I ve just bought a Skyworth TV that gave me a problem in one day. Screen had a shade on tbe left which did not occur will give me a problem. From the shady side developed a crack that cannot be felt you touch the screen. Therefore it occurred that the TV itself is faulty. There is also something that looks like ink behind that screen. Supplier assumes this is physical damage and it is not. Please may you kindly assist me with this issue. I am very frustrated and would like Skyworth to prove to me that their product is the best ever. Thsnks
