Skyworth drivrs took my TV 4 months ago and claim they never collected it

I am writing this out sheer desperation and stress. Three months ago Skyworth drivers came to my house and collected my tv for repairs. I bought this TV from Makro and trusted the brand .The drivers told me i would only sign paperwork then they returned the TV so i let them take it. Now its almost 4 months later i still do not have my TV. Shen i follow up im being told that no one took the Tv.This is completely unacceptable your own logistics team came to my house i have my original MAkro purchase receipt to prove ownership. iam being gaslit by a massive retailer and manufacturer who have essentially lost or ****** my appliance .The stress of this situation is keeping me awake at night . I demand that Makro and Skyworth track the drivers dispatched to my address 4 months ago locate My Tv or issue me a brand new replacement immediately. If this is not resolved immediately i will be taking straight to national consumer commission (NCC)
