we bought a TV in july 2020. In December 2020 the remote started acting up. Skipping and putting tv louder softer now its dead. We put new batteries in and still not working. Hifi corp told us to log a call with skyworth as this has happened often. I followed their telephonic instruction to log a call on their ticket system. A week later no reply. Monday (11 Jan) sent an email. Still no reply. Tuesday Phoned thier help line again and Elizabeth told me to call when I was home with the remote and TV. I did that no answer she was busy never called me back. Eventually got through to her on Wednesday at 4h15. She told me to rake batteries out and she was leaving it was home time so we agreed she would phone me just after 8. She eventually called me at 2h35 on Thursday. It was an issue that the batteries were still out. I told her they are energizer max batteries. Then it was because the energizer batteries are a problem.. I asked for her manager who conveniently wasn't available. Hifi corp told me they send a new remote in 3 days. Now its a long story. She acknowledged that she recieved my email and we agreed she would reply and advise that she was sending a new remote and what to do should this happen again. Needleas to say at 4pm on Friday no response to my emails. No remote and very frustrated clients. I find elizabeth unhelpful and fact she was leaving work and refused to help me i find very unprofessional.
