Remote not working after such a short time???

Bought my TV at Makro about 2 months ago. Since yesterday the remote stopped working.

Contacted the number on Google. Was transferred 3 times after I was told to remove the batteries. Perhaps just turn them around. No replace them. When I mentioned I did all of the above he told me to go buy a new one.

Contacted their Facebook page. They could not help me but gave me another number.

Called this number and the lady there told me to remove the batteries for 10 minutes so that the remote can reset. This is nonsense.

Eventually the remote just worked again on it's own

Today it started again. Tried all the above tips again and nothing. Called the second number again and this time I had to be transferred. No one answered.

Apparently this is the service you can expect from an Andriod TV provider!
