Poor Skyworth TV Warranty/After sale

I had purchase 55 inch TV and it's worked for less than 24 months properly, then screen turn dark. When reported the issue with store Hi-Corp westgate, I was told it's out of warranty with 10 days and advised them to proceed logging a call for accessment with OEM Skyworth.

I was told within 3 days, a technician will be deploy to uplift to their workshop.

Today it's been almost two months, still counting. No one had came to collect/nor access Skyworth TV.

I'm afraid the Skyworth TV is not durable and post purchase service is null and void. Honestly I'm disappointed.
