Poor Service From Skyworth

Hi I took my tv in to house and home. I bought a skyworth worth tv , i took the tv in on the 6 of May 2023. The tv is not even a year old and refuses to come on. From the 6 of May till today they haven't collected the tv from the store. Since then I'm without a tv. It's very poor service.
